I wanted to talk about the astral body and some common misconceptions. The first is that you have to visually construct an astral body to slide your consciousness into like an avatar. The astral body is something that exists without your intention and although some authors tell you you must do this to "get out" nonsense, you are not doing that, in reality you are going in.
What we percieve as objects and forms are only constructs of thoughts given form by our subconscious in such a way as we can comprehend it.
Viewing physical reality from the astral such as being a living ghost is still done from the inner world of the astral although your presence will be like that of an apparition to those in the physical location you are viewing because that is how their subconscious minds will interpret your form even down to the very wrinkles around your eyes unless you otherwise alter the way you are perceived.
Another misconception many have is that they will get stuck in the astral. Once you astral travel you will laugh at having ever thought this was possible.
I have been temporarily trapped in the astral but only because I was experimenting with some heavy duty brainwave altering sound technology which the purpose of was to keep you in deep. It was the most vivid and memorable astral experience I ever had. I remembered every detail as if it was a waking moment with full clarity. I even remember it with the same clarity today.
Which brings me to another point, remembering your experience. Avoid THC a little wine to loosen up is OK though. I discussed this with random guy I think once about remembering dreams, astral travels and other workings done in theta deep. I know Rosemary placed in a bag around your neck and some burned like incence works. Take some ginko biloba it also helps. Also there are some tricks used in lucid dreaming that can be applied to remembering your travels.
The last misconception I will cover is that astral travel is paranormal or unnatural thing. Which couldn't be further from the truth. Astral travel often happens naturally during sleep and is frequently mistaken for dreams.
When we do the class I will explain the methods and techniques that I have developed that are so easy and natural that it should have most people astral traveling within the first few attempts.
